OpenMike 4-year Anniversary
We’re back with another OpenMike, February 11th! High school students ONLY.
In honor of the incredible mentor and activist, Brother Mike Hawkins, OpenMike was created to present a space for high school students to share, express, and network with like-minded individuals. 4 years have now gone by, and OpenMike is still going strong! In celebration of this and Black History Month, this month’s OpenMike (Monday, February 11th) will be held in the Black Legislators Auditorium of the DuSable Museum of African American History. All students will receive pizza and drinks provided by Boxed Water and Connie’s pizza. Also, the first 100 students to arrive will receive a special membership package from the DuSable Museum! Doors open for high school students only at 3pm. Don’t forget those ID’s!
