My State of Mind Development Intern

Thank you for considering joining the My State of Mind Team! Last year, SocialWorks announced My State of Mind, an initiative driven to bring a streamlined service provider access solution to consumers and practitioners in Cook County, IL.

We’re halfway through a two-year project plan and are opening recruitment sessions for mental health, mental wellness, and behavioral health practitioners to participate in data entry from October 1st – October 30th. The work required by this position can be done remotely and with a time commitment of 3-6 hours a week. Individuals approved will have VIP access to the My State of Mind launch event, leadership, and exclusive surprise incentives.

Requirements:

  • Must be a current practitioner, clinical or non-clinical, of mental health/wellness OR a student working towards their clinical or non-clinical degree focused on Mental Health and Wellness OR a formal advocate of mental health access
  • Must be 18+
  • Must reside in IL
  • Must be able to commit to 3-6 hours of volunteer time, weekly, between October 1st – October 30th

IMPORTANT NOTE:

You must be able to attend a mandatory 20-minute check-in @ SocialWorks offices (2150 South Canalport) on either 9/25 or 9/26 any time between 8am-8pm. Please confirm your date below! This is a mandatory check-in.
