Why Your Donation Matters

For thousands of Chicagoans experiencing homelessness, winter brings more than freezing temperatures. It creates additional challenges in accessing warm clothing, basic hygiene products, and everyday necessities that many of us take for granted.

A winter coat can provide protection from the cold. A fresh hygiene kit can offer comfort and dignity. A toy can bring a moment of joy to a child facing difficult circumstances.

Every donation, no matter how small, is an opportunity to remind someone that their community cares.

For nine years, Warmest Winter has brought Chicagoans together around a simple belief: everyone deserves warmth, dignity, and care.

This winter, we're asking you to help carry that tradition forward.

Gather what you can, find a collection box near you, and help us make Chicago's Warmest Winter possible.

Together, we can make a difference — one donation, one neighbor, and one act of kindness at a time.
