Acknowledgement
By entering your name and clicking “Accept” below, you understand and acknowledge that (i) the scope of your relationship with SocialWorks is limited to a volunteer position and you will not be entitled to any compensation in return for your performance of services; (ii) SocialWorks will not provide any benefits traditionally associated with employment to you; and (iii) you are responsible for your own insurance coverage in the event of personal injury or illness as a result of your services to SocialWorks.

Confidentiality
Volunteers for SocialWorks may be provided, or have access to, certain information about SocialWorks that is not generally or publicly known and which SocialWorks wishes to maintain as confidential (“Confidential Information”). Without limitation, Confidential Information may include information about business plans, operations, finances, donors, directors, strategies, partners, grantee schools, personnel, agreements, processes, administration, and confidential information regarding third-parties in the possession of SocialWorks. By entering your name and clicking “Accept” below, you agree to not, during or subsequent to volunteering for SocialWorks, use Confidential Information for any purpose whatsoever other than in connection with your duties as a volunteer, or disclose Confidential Information to any third party without the consent of SocialWorks. Confidential Information will remain the sole property of SocialWorks. Confidential Information does not include information that: (i) has become publicly known and made generally available through no act or omission by you; or (ii) you have received from a third party who is not subject to a duty of confidentiality with respect to such information. These confidentiality obligations will survive your termination as a volunteer of SocialWorks.
Waiver and Release
By entering your name and clicking “Accept” below, you release and forever discharge and hold harmless SocialWorks, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, agents, successors and assigns, and subordinates from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind of nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from the volunteer services you provide to SocialWorks. You represent that the information you have provided and will provide to SocialWorks (including your name entered below) is complete and correct. You understand and acknowledge that this release discharges SocialWorks from any liability or claim that you may have against SocialWorks with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from the volunteer services you provide to SocialWorks or occurring while you are providing volunteer services.
